T-RAIL BRACKET KIT 2" X 3-1/2" - Vinyl Railing.VINYL T-RAIL BRACKET KIT 2" X 3-1/2". Includes 2, top T & bottom plain brackets with screws and screw caps. Fits externally. The 2" x 3-1/2" Rail Kit includes: (2) 2" x 3-1/2" Rail Brackets, (8) #10 x 3/4" Phillips Pan Head Screws, (8) PVC Screw Hole Plugs, (2) Self-Drilling Phillips Pan Head Screws (self-drilling in order to drill into the aluminum stiffener), (2) PVC Screw Covers. All of the screws are grade 18-8 stainless steel. The screws are completely and cleanly hidden from view by the flush mounted Hole Plugs.
