Orders are shipped within 7 - 10 business days after receipt on stock items. Some items may be in transit may take longer. In the event the order cannot be fulfilled, Buyer will be informed and full refund of purchase amount will be made promptly.
Production and Fabrication orders may take longer. Actual delivery may vary based on production time and subject to any unforeseen delay due to any circumstances beyond our control. Seller is not responsible in any way for the quality, costs, correctness or time-frame of the installation by the buyer or its contractor.
Shipping Methods & Charges:
Motor Freight Shipping Costs do not include LIFT GATE SERVICE or unloading. Driver will bring the order to the edge of the truck. If buyer requests Lift-gate or unloading service from the delivering carrier, extra charges will apply and will be billed directly to you by the carrier. Motor Carriers will not deliver your order in your absence, you must be present to receive it, verify count per packing list and sign for it. In no event, will any claims or discrepancy issues be accepted after 7 days of receipt of order. Seller reserves the right to communicate any correction to the shipping charges for buyer’s approval. Seller reserves the right to use any ground service it deems expedient to ship. Additional shipping charges may apply if products selected/ordered are shipped from multiple locations. Seller reserves the right not to accept the order if applicable shipping charges are not applied or subsequently not agreed to. In that case the purchase amount will be promptly refunded.
Refund, Returns Policies:
Orders are checked three separate times for accuracy. If you want to return any ordered items, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 25% restocking charge. Orders that produced, cut, fabricated, welded or custom are not cancellable or returnable. No returns allowed after 30 days from receipt of standard order. Packages are shipped and sold as purchased by customer, leftover parts are not returnable for credit. We are not responsible for correctness of installation by buyer or his contractor. Abused parts and physically damaged misused materials cannot be returned for replacement or credit.
Two way shipping charges and 25% restocking charges will also apply to refused deliveries along with any additional carrier charges.
All transactions are governed by the Laws of State of Connecticut.
