How to order:
- Click to the item page where item description, sizes and other options are listed in the pull-down menu.
- Items with options may have price up-charge for other sizes and options. The up-charge will be shown next to the option that will be added to the base price when "add to cart button" is clicked.
- The net cost of item selected is displayed and quantity shown is "1". Click the cursor in the quantity box and change to the quantity desired, then click apply. The total amount will be displayed. To add other items click "keep shopping" button link, it will take you back to the same page. You can repeat the process until all the items you require are in the cart.
- To determine the shipping cost enter your zip code and the state. SELECT the correct method shown in the item page. Some items ship UPS others ship by Motor Freight or Residential Motor Freight. If UPS is selected for items that are beyond UPS size or weight limit you will see a message and no shipping cost. That means Motor freight should be selected, please refer to the Shipping Policy section. Once the order is complete click submit and proceed with checkout and payment process. If you are not ready to complete the order at that time simply go back to home page. When you return to the website again your cart will show previously saved information in the cart unless you remove it.
PAYMENT:
- Once the payment is complete save a printed copy of your order for your record. The paypal payment receipt and a order confirmation will be sent by email.
- ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD: In some cases if the paypal payment process does not respond properly it may mean that your internet connection is too weak. In case of any difficulty in processing payment, you may send the order and payment information manually by fax. Simply print your order in the CART, print the payment and shipping form,LINK Payment Form complete and sign it and fax both to: 203-643-2041. After order and payment are processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Generally items from stock are shipped within 7 to 10 business days. If the order is for production item it may ship within 12-17 business days.
- Inquiries for shipping status are accepted only if the stated time frames are exceeded and the plant is experiencing delay for any unforeseen reason. Generally if any delays, are informed by email stated on the order. If there are questions or clarifications needed by the shipping department an email request will be sent with exact query or questions.
- If you have ordered fence systems in Vinyl, Aluminum, Cedar or Chain link and want us to reconfirm your ordered breakdown of panels, posts and gates, just describe your fence layout in the comments section of the order and ask for reconfirmation, we will be glad to help and offer any suggestions or corrections based on your description. We will not ship until you confirm the final breakdown.
- Due to the volume and for efficiency, only email requests are responded to, in as timely fashion as possible.
